3. Shipping, Returns & Return Delivery Charges

Return Shipping Fees & Charges: In the event of a product return, all return shipping, transit, and delivery transport costs must be borne entirely by the customer (buyer). The return transport fee will not be covered or reimbursed by the platform under standard return scenarios.

4. Refunds for Defective or Incorrect Products
