Service Terms & Policies

Welcome to our All-in-One Global Ecosystem (Single Vendor, Multi-Vendor, B2B, and B2C). By engaging our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. Scope of Service & In-House Technology

End-to-End Business Ecosystem: We deliver a fully integrated business solution ranging from customer relationship management, order processing, and inventory control to automated invoicing and tax configurations.

Private & Proprietary Software: To ensure peak performance, top-tier security, and absolute stability, we completely eliminate the need for bloated third-party plugins or external paid apps. Instead, we provide our private, custom-engineered modules and software directly to your ecosystem.

Payment Gateway Policy: While all core infrastructure, backend APIs, and logic are custom-built and managed in-house by our team, secure global card payment gateways (e.g., Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, or approved international processors) will be integrated. Please note that local mobile financial services (such as bKash, Nagad, etc.) are excluded from our standard global integration unless specifically custom-contracted. Premium global credit and debit cards are supported.

2. Payment & Setup Policy

One-Time Setup Fee: A designated one-time fee is applicable for the complete configuration, deployment, and delivery of your global ecosystem.

Advance Deposit: Work on your project will officially commence only after receiving the mandatory initial advance payment (e.g., 25% or as agreed in the custom contract).

Final Settlement: The remaining balance must be paid in full prior to the final live deployment and hand-over of the system.

Non-Refundable Policy: Because every ecosystem is custom-crafted, resource-intensive, and deployed using our private software assets, all advance payments and milestone deposits are strictly non-refundable once project development has begun.

3. Monthly Support & Maintenance Policy

Proactive System Maintenance: To keep your platform running fast, secure, and error-free without the maintenance nightmares associated with traditional open-source plugins, our expert team provides continuous background monitoring and support.

Advance Monthly Fee: This ongoing technical support and maintenance service is billed via a minimal, cost-effective monthly fee, payable strictly in advance at the beginning of each billing cycle.

Support Coverage: The monthly fee covers server-health monitoring, routine technical troubleshooting, and minor backend adjustments to ensure uninterrupted business operations.

4. Client Responsibilities & Legal Compliance

Software Operations: You are responsible for the ethical and secure commercial operation of your assigned ecosystem utilizing our provided proprietary frameworks.

Legal & Tax Obligations: While our system is engineered to structure and calculate transactional data and invoices cleanly, the ultimate legal responsibility for trade licenses, corporate registrations, and regional tax filings rests entirely with the client.

Custom Change Requests: Any major functional additions, structural modifications, or advanced custom modules requested outside the scope of the original agreement will be subject to additional development charges.
