Welcome to our Global Eco-Luxury Ecosystem. By registering, onboarding, or listing products as a vendor/seller on our platform, you agree to adhere strictly to the following binding terms and conditions designed to maintain our premium marketplace standards.

1. Mandatory 100% Eco-Friendly Compliance (Zero Plastic Policy)

Strict Eco-Friendly Products Only: All products listed and supplied by sellers must be strictly eco-friendly, sustainable, and natural.

Zero Plastic Policy: We maintain a strict zero-tolerance policy against plastics. No plastic materials, synthetic derivatives, single-use plastics, or non-biodegradable components are permitted in either the products themselves or their constituent parts. Violation of this rule will result in immediate permanent delisting and severe penalties.

2. Mandatory Authenticity & Zero Tolerance for Counterfeits

100% Authentic & Genuine: All sellers must exclusively provide authentic, high-grade, and original items. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy towards counterfeit, replica, or low-grade substitutes.

Legal Liability: Supplying non-authentic items will result in immediate account termination, forfeiture of all funds, and potential legal action for brand infringement.

3. Premium Eco-Luxury Quality Assurance

High-End Standards: Because our ecosystem specializes in premium eco-luxury goods, every item supplied must reflect supreme craftsmanship, natural purity, and top-tier durability.

Prohibition of Inferior Goods: Low-quality, defective, or sub-standard products are strictly forbidden. Every item undergoes rigorous quality checks before reaching the buyer.

4. Sustainable Luxury Packaging & Presentation

Eco-Luxury Unboxing Experience: To align with our luxury and sustainability ethos, sellers must use 100% biodegradable, recycled, or eco-friendly luxury packaging (such as premium recycled paper boxes, organic cotton/jute pouches, and plant-based tapes).

No Plastic Packaging: Plastic bubble wrap, plastic tapes, or non-recyclable synthetic wraps are strictly banned. Packaging must protect the item while ensuring a pristine, showroom-quality unboxing experience.

5. Fulfillment & Account Penalties

Timely Dispatch: Sellers are required to process, sustainably pack, and dispatch confirmed orders within the platform's stipulated timeframe.

Account Suspension: Any violation of our eco-friendly mandates, inclusion of plastic elements, or delivery of inferior quality items will result in immediate account suspension, withholding of payouts, and permanent removal from the platform.
